I use this in making different sauces and so very much like the taste with my vegetables and broiled fish.
Big plus is that it does not have garlic and this is very important for me:) Great product!

I was at Wholefoods & sampled the sauce that was cooked with Maui Maui. I purchased a bottle & some Maui Maui.
To cook:
Sauté lil olive oil in a pan, sauté/cook the fish, pour the sauce over & turn your fish & add more sauce to taste.
I also marinated the fish for a few hours another time.
The sauce is very heathy!
