CUT FISH INTO BITE –SIZE PIECES AND PLACE IN A GLASS BOWL ADD ALL OTHER INGRIDIENTS AND MIXED WELL. POUR LIME JUICE OVER MIXTURE LIME JUICE SHOULD COVER FISH. PLACE THE MIXTURE IN REFRIGERATOR ALOW TO MARINATE FOR ONE DAY (24HR) SERVE WITH TORTILLA CHIPS, AND A COLD BEER.
